Terms of Advertising

1. "Advertising"includes sponsorship announcements, paid broadcasts and commercials.
2. All advertising is subject to the approval of RADIO AUSTRALASIA PTY LTD which reserves the right to reject advertising material for any reason whatsoever including incompatibility with stations direction and sound.
3. Subject to Term 4, an advertising order may be cancelled by the Advertiser if, and only if RADIO AUSTRALASIA PTY LTD receives notification in writing of the cancellation at least 60 days before the advertising is scheduled to commence.
4. All advertising is subject to the provisions and regulations of the Broadcasting Services Act and the Broadcasting Program Standards, as laid down by the Australia Communications and Media Authority.
5. RADIO AUSTRALASIA PTY LTD reserves the right to change programs at any time without reference to the Advertiser.
6. Payment in full is required by Direct Debit or via PayPal to RADIO AUSTRALASIA PTY LTD before any on air advertising campaign begins.
7. The station may terminate or suspend this contract, where the advertiser is in breach of this or any other contract between the station and advertiser, or the advertiser's agent, or upon bankruptcy or insolvency of the advertiser, or is in administration, receivership or a liquidator is appointed in respect of the advertiser.
8. All the rates are exclusive of GST. Applies to advertisers billed in Australia.
9. The station may, in its absolute discretion, cancel or suspend any advertising without prior notice, provided the advertiser is subsequently advised of such a cancellation or suspension; and offered make-up advertisements or a proportionate refund, at the discretion of the station.

Indemnity Clause

10. The advertiser accepts full responsibility for the content of all advertising to be broadcast and agrees to indemnify RADIO AUSTRALASIA PTY LTD against all legal penalties and against all liability whatsoever including, liability for negligence of RADIO AUSTRALASIA PTY LTD or any employee or agent of RADIO AUSTRALASIA PTY LTD arising from any broadcast of the advertising.
